Risk Transfer
Our expertise in these classes is derived from hands on experience at the highest level of the London reinsurance market in both broking and underwriting. TPD’s contacts also extend into the Banking sector in the very specialised field of Alternative Risk Transfer. We also have a strong base of contacts throughout the North American and European reinsurance markets.>/P>
Equity Markets
TPD has a dedicated unit specialising in equity markets and investor relations companies. We have a wide range of experience with the smaller brokers, corporate finance houses and research boutiques. Unusually, we also support start-up firms and candidates are sourced from high performing graduates through to experienced market practitioners. We have placed candidates in over 30 different firms and also advise small companies and start-ups on their strategy and growth plans.
Market Mapping
In addition to our Search and Selection services, TPD provide a unique market mapping service covering a range of insurance sectors. Market mapping is conducted on behalf of Insurance brokers and Insurers to ascertain critical market positioning for the development of new products/ services, to map competitor positioning or to identify key individuals or teams.
Candidates
We treat our candidates with the same respect as our clients. All candidates are personally interviewed and advice and direction offered to ensure they meet their potential. We provide a personal consultancy service to senior people in the financial sector. Our initial discussions are an opportunity to open new doorways in a candidate’s career – often offering a change in strategy thinking or perhaps an opportunity to realize an ambition to take an equity stake or participation in a new or developing structure. We also recommend non-executive directorships.
